免處理耐白電油PP油墨

免處理、耐磨達6*、耐刮達5*、耐*、白電油、溶濟、抗酸、堿，曲折性好、好調(diào)色，耐候性佳，油墨細膩均勻好施工，劃格子用3M膠子粘性能測試通過附著力強，低氣味無毒油墨。


油墨特性：擁有和德國彩麗寶一樣的顏色，主要用于PP、PE、BOPP等材料上，具有高色澤、高色彩、高遮蓋力、高穩(wěn)定性、耐*及耐磨擦之特點。 

印刷：絲印移印均可。 

表干及實干時間：表干時間自然揮發(fā)5-10分鐘；實干時間在24小時以內(nèi)。 

稀釋及清洗：SV3慢干開油水、UVK1（移印開油水）同時可使用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗。 
 

測試方法（完全干燥后）： 

1、3m膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起不脫油； 

2、純度99%的工業(yè)*，一千克砝碼用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力來回拉200次無脫色； 

3、耐磨：橡皮擦500g力水平來回擦500次。 
 
使用方法： 

1、使用前應充分攪拌，用后隨時封閉； 

2、攪拌時加開油水10-15%，稀釋到印刷粘度； 

3、網(wǎng)板塞網(wǎng)時可用洗網(wǎng)水清洗； 

4、不得與其它類型油墨混合使用。 
 

注意事項： 

1、塑膠材料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需試印確定其符合要求后，再批量印刷； 

2、在移印過程中，如出現(xiàn)拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可； 

3、環(huán)境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質(zhì)量； 

4、根據(jù)氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗環(huán)境下存放。

Method of use:
1, before the use should be fully mixing, use at any time after the closure;
2, mixing an additional 10-15% in oil and water, diluted to printing viscosity;
3, mesh plug mesh can be used when washing network water cleaning;
4, shall not be mixed with other types of ink.
The matters needing attention:
1, the plastic material of similar appearance, but may be of different materials, customers need to try to determine its requirements, and then bulk printing;
2, in the printing process, such as drawing or spread out,may be appropriate to add some slow dry paste can be;
3, the ambient temperature is too high, it will affect the quality of the original ink;
4, according to the climate change, please stay away from fire, stored in dark environment.
