適用于各種膠粘鞋類的配底成型生產(chǎn)工藝流程.能較好地完成各工序的傳送以及將刷膠、烘干、高溫定型、冷凍定型等加工工藝有機(jī)的結(jié)合在一起進(jìn)行連續(xù)作業(yè)。傳動速度和溫度根據(jù)不同需要可無級調(diào)節(jié)，采用遠(yuǎn)紅外加熱，熱風(fēng)對流式烘室，加熱均勻，速度快、效果好。采用硅酸鋁纖維作為箱體的保溫材料，保溫效果好。冷凍定型箱采用電腦制冷控制器，實現(xiàn)智能化控制，安全、穩(wěn)定、簡單、方便。另在刷膠部位設(shè)立了**裝置，保障了操作員工的身心健康，實現(xiàn)了文明生產(chǎn)，采用的熱、冷兩種定型方法，熱定型不僅能使鞋更好地抱楦，而且能使膠粘劑的固化效果更佳。冷凍定型不僅能提高鞋楦的周轉(zhuǎn)率，實現(xiàn)一次快速脫楦，而且能使膠粘劑分子間更好地凝固、聚合，提高了鞋的剝離強(qiáng)度。
