TOPH6080熱熔膠自動噴膠機(jī)是我公司自主開發(fā)的高性能設(shè)備。它采用國際先進(jìn)的電腦控制技術(shù)，操作非常方便，廣泛適用于皮革制品，紙制品，無紡布，EVA，亞克力，塑料橡膠，電子產(chǎn)品等的刷膠作業(yè)。
1.操作簡單，可采用示教器現(xiàn)場示教編程，也可在電腦上通過CAD、CORELDRAW等應(yīng)用軟件編好程序后轉(zhuǎn)為PLT格式再下載到機(jī)器上，易學(xué)易懂。
2.多可四軸聯(lián)動，除前后，左右移動外，還可3維，斜面，弧面上涂膠。
3.高速度，采用橋式平臺結(jié)構(gòu)，可一邊工作，一遍放料，刷膠速度是人工的5-6倍。
4.高精度，刷膠表面均勻，無堆膠、死膠現(xiàn)象。
5.膠水桶內(nèi)密封，使膠水不會干固。減少浪費的同時也避免因干固而導(dǎo)致二氯乙烷、甲苯、甲醛等有毒氣體的揮發(fā)對工作環(huán)境的污染。
6.適用膠水廣泛，如白膠、黃膠（膠）、PU膠、熱熔膠等任意膠類。
7.可刷膠也可噴膠，只需更換膠*即可。
TOPH6080 CNC hotmelt gluing machine is a high-performance equiment which is  developed by our own company. By adopting international advanced CNC technology, it’s very easy to operate. Widely be used in leather shoes, sport shoes, leather outsole, rubber outsole,bags,wallets,gloves and exercise equipments ect.
1.Easy to operate, you can set a programme by the control box or just programme through CAD 、CORELDRAW or some other softwear then transfer to PLT format by computer , and download into the machine.
2.Maximum four-axis control,forward-and-backward,right-and-left,camberd surface is also ok.
3.High speed, 5-6 times than to manual.
4.High precisely, Homogeneous surface, no stack glue.
5.Glue bucket is completely sealed, glue is never dry.in one hand, to reduce waste of glue,in another, to avoide enviromental pollution by noxious gas.
6.Many kind of glue are applicative, such as all-purpose adhesive,pu glue, neoprene, latex and most of liquid glue.
7.Brushing or spraying,just to change the glue gun.
